Mission

The Netherlands American Community Trust believes that for the business community to thrive, so must the communities in which companies do business.

For this reason the Trust, since its’ founding, creates and participates in American community outreach programs by contributing funds, expertise and time to worthwhile causes designed to improve the communities in which the Netherlands American business community operates.

Trust programs seek to improve quality of life and to encourage every member of society to reach their full potential as productive citizens. Education programs in Science, Math and Technology, Arts and Culture, programs for Less Advantaged and Diverse Communities, and Environmental Initiatives are the Trust’s primary focus.

Since 2007, the Netherlands American Community Trust has expanded its’ mission to create and participate in community outreach programs in the largest cities in the Netherlands, where rising high school drop out rates and youth unemployment have become a major concern for the business community.
